Fay Ann Johnson Bickham, 71, born in New Orleans on Jan. 28, 1948, resided 33 years in Phoenix, Ariz., until her sun set on March 18, 2019.

Fay was proceeded in death by her mother, Rose Warren Millet; sister Inez Millet, brother Melvin Millet, father Pleasant Johnson and step father August Millet.

Fay leaves to cherish her memories: husband Charles Bickham; two daughters, Ariane and Anay Bickham, all of Phoenix; sister Daphine Millet; brother Kimbel Millet; niece Ormet Lynn Millet Campbell; four nephews, including Brian (Edwina) Millet; godchild Robin Bailey, all of LaPlace; and a host of great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
