GARYVILLE – Johnny Leroy Boynton Jr., 30, a native and resident of Garyville, died Dec. 2. He was the husband of Summer LeBouf Boynton.

He is survived by his children Logan and Jude Boynton.

He is also survived by his parents Mary Kay Brady and John Boynton Sr., grandmothers Gertrude Brady Walker and June Boynton and siblings Cassie Herbert and Heaven Boynton.

Services were held Dec. 6 at Rose Lynn Funeral Services Chapel, Lutcher, with interment in St. John Memorial Garden, LaPlace.

COOPER

LULING – Shirley Rose Cooper, 70, a native of Ama and a resident of Luling, died Dec. 1. She was the daughter of the late Batiste and Ola Bennett Cooper.

She is survived by her daughter Wanda C. Triche.

She is also survived by her grandson Wallace Hill Jr., nephews Errol, Barry and Corey Cooper, son-in-law Earl Triche Jr. and godchild Gary Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Gus and Esta Campbell, Verna, George, Louis, James, Ruby, Eldridge and Maxine Cooper.

Services were held Dec. 6 at Robottom Mortuary, Hahnville, with interment in Mayflower Cemetery, Ama.

MILLET

MT. AIRY – Edward F. &#8220Ted” Millet, 91, a native of Lions and a resident of Mt. Airy and Grand Point, died Dec. 2. He was the husband of Mildred Troxclair Millet for 70 years.

He is survived by his daughter Peggy Millet and son-in-law J.L. Robichaux Jr.

He is also survived by his siblings Helen Lasseigne and Ruby Lee M. Scherer, grandchildren Danny Robichaux, Peggy Jo. R. Covington, Joseph &#8220Joey” Robichaux III, Melanie R. Drury and Kathleen R. Loup, great-grandchildren Jenny, Kelly and Stephanie Covington, Laura and Sophia Robichaux, Conner Loup, Brandon, Kristal and Lance Drury.

He was preceded in death by his brother Larry Millet.

Services were held Dec. 5 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina, with interment in St. Peter Church Cemetery, Reserve.

WARREN

VACHERIE – Marchand Antoinette Adams Warren, 43, a native and resident of Vacherie, died Nov. 30. She was the wife of Donald Warren.

She is survived by her children D’Andre and D’Mair Warren.

She is also survived by her parents Roland and Mildred Adams, siblings Roland (Stephanie), Clyde (Lucinda), Wayne (Stephanie), Brian, Adrian Adams, Patricia Moore and Paula (Herbert) Dennis, sister-in-law Shirley Warren, brother-in-law Milton Warren and mother-in-law Martha Warren.

She was preceded in death by two children Magan and Mar-kayle Warren.

Services were held Dec. 5 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in St. Philip Catholic Church Cemetery, Vacherie.

The Baloney Funeral Home of Garyville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 8 a.m. at the church.

WILLIAMS

RESERVE – Blandine Hymel Williams, 89, a native of Edgard and a resident of Reserve, died Dec. 4. She was the wife of the late Sidney M. Williams.

She is survived by her children Katherine W. Larousse, Donald and Joan Williams.

She is also survived by her siblings Rose Trosclair, Arnold, Albin and Clement Hymel, grandchildren Belinda L. Drewitt, Melissa F. Rayburn, Celeste Larousse, Crystal L. Aiola, Richard Frazier Jr., Wayne Jr., Tyrone, Darren, Donald Jr. and Brandon Williams, 20 great-grandchildren and daughters and son-in-law Jean Ann and Brenda B. Williams and Sergent Larousse.

Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church, Reserve, with interment in St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

Millet-Guidry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation begins at 9 a.m. at the church.

GARYVILLE – Sarah Mae Evans Winfield, 92, a native

She is survived by her children Ruby Hayes, Larry Winfield and Terry Johnson.

She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, six great great-grandchildren, nieces Louella Anderson and Eloise Evans and a nephew Charles Freeman.

Services were held Dec. 5 at True Light Baptist Church, Garyville, with interment in Zion Travelers Cemetery, Reserve.
