LULING — St. Charles Parish Girl Scouts are accepting registrations for a three-day summer day camp program being held July 29–31.

The camp takes place each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at New Life Community Church, 134 Lakewood Drive in Luling.

The day camp is open to all girls entering kindergarten through 6th grade, with girls, grades 7th and above serving as Program Aides.

The theme for this year’s volunteer-run, day camp is “It’s a Girl Thing!” Activities include arts and crafts, songs, dancing, games, fitness and more.

The fee is $40 per camper ($55 for non Girl Scouts, which includes a $15 membership fee). The fee for Program Aides who are not registered Girl Scouts is $15, and Program Aides will earn service hours.

All campers and aides should bring a sack lunch.
