Glen D. Smith was recently named a 2015 Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame Honoree.

Smith is the CEO of The Magnolia Companies of Louisiana, a 26-company conglomerate based in the River Parishes. For over 30 years, he has volunteered much of his time, serving in various capacities for multiple companies and organizations, such as the St. John Economic Development Committee, River Regions Chamber Board of Directors and the Louisiana Airport Authority.

The Hall of Fame honors local businessmen and women who have embraced the spirit of entrepreneurship in their community.
