SJSO arrests burglary suspect

Jorge Noriega, 26, of Reserve was arrested Friday, July 9, 2021 in connection to a burglary in late June at a Reserve business. During the burglary, Noriega removed several fans and tools from the business.
A picture of the suspect, his identity unknown at the time, was posted on the SJSO FB page July 1, 2021. Several tips from the community helped detectives identify and locate the suspect. Based on investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Noriega, and he was charged with simple burglary – immovable structure. He also was wanted on a contempt of court warrant.
Noriega was released July 10, 2021.
