Conti Hair Lounge opens up shop in LaPlace

LAPLACE — Conti Hair Lounge, open since Jan. 17, celebrated a grand opening and ribbon cutting Thursday.
Owner Reneedia Conti Lee-Johnson, who has more than 10 years experience doing hair and makeup, is a graduate of the Fast Trac Program with The St. John Economic Development Council.
St. John the Baptist Parish officials and community members gathered for a ribbon cutting celebration last week at Conti Hair Lounge.
Conti Hair Lounge is a full service salon for hair and makeup.
Lee-Johnson is also a graduate of East St. John High.
Conti Hair Lounge is located at 3101 Airline Highway, Suite A in LaPlace.

It is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
