Gloria Stein Aucoin died peacefully at her home on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018, at the age of 83.

She was a native of Vacherie and a resident of Reserve.

She was the beloved wife of 64 years to Charles A. Aucoin Jr.; mother of Kent Aucoin (Jackie), Steven Aucoin (Janice), Kim Louque (Kenneth) and Raymond Aucoin; grandmother of Kerry Louque and Kristen Louque St. Pierre (Erik); daughter of the late Michel and Cecile Stein; and sister of Ronald Stein (Janice), Marilyn Johnson (Harold) and Daniel Stein (Mary).

She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Notre Dame Hospice Care staff, especially Barbara, Ann Marie, Sister Paula, Evonie and Raymond, for their wonderful care over the last several years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1550 Highway 44 in Reserve on Monday, Aug. 20 at 11 a.m.

Visitation will begin in church at 9 a.m.

Interment is in St. Peter Cemetery.
