LAPLACE — The Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association and the Louisiana Softball Coaches Association recently announced All State lists, honoring several young athletes from the River Parishes. St. Charles Catholic baseball coach Wayne Stein and Riverside Academy softball coach Tamra Regalo, who led their teams to respective championship titles, were spotlighted as Coach of the Year recipients.
