The St. John the Baptist Parish Parks and Recreation 8-year-old All-Star Team emerged victorious with the 2023 Jr. NBA Basketball championship title in Lafayette. Led by head coach Brennon Davis and assistant coaches Bobby Davis and Corey Hamilton, the St. John All-Stars defeated the CSA Lafayette All-Stars by more than 20 points in the finals. Team members include Brennon Davis Jr., Eryn Isom, Brandon Brown Jr., Jaxson Platt, Kaylah Hamilton, Wayne Jackson, Dallas Clay, Jarron Franklin, Kamden Williams and Zaiden Singleton.
