Texas man arrested in Louisiana for video voyeurism

A Texas man has been arrested after the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint in reference to a victim locating a nude video of herself.
The victim told detectives the video was taken without her consent, said spokesperson Kayla Vincent.
Vincent said Cullen C. Schmidt, 22, of Lumberton, Texas, was arrested on Jan. 26 and extradited to Calcasieu Parish on Monday on a warrant signed by Judge Tony Fazzio in the amount of $95,000.
He was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with video voyeurism.
Det. Kara Adams is the lead investigator on this case.
