Sheriff Mike Tregre hosted a luncheon March 31, 2021 at Petra’s Restaurant in LaPlace to welcome new employees of the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tregre said he is pleased to have these new employees as part of his team that works diligently to protect and serve St. John Parish. The gathering offered a warm social setting for the new employees who were joined by a few longtime officers, encouraging connections within the department and approachability with administration. Veteran employees also spoke briefly about their experience with the SJSO and offered support and encouragement for career development and professional growth.
