Deputy Frank Jackson of the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office hands out glow rings Tuesday to children at the Parish’s annual Independence Celebration and fireworks show at St. Peter Catholic Church in Reserve. Sheriff Mike Tregre and fellow officers visited with residents and delighted children with glow rings and deputy tattoos.
