The reason for the Christmas season should be all about praising God for his Son Jesus.

The majority of people in America believe in God and have knowledge about the Bible.

The problem is many don’t accept the God of the Bible, but rather for convenience believe in the God of their understanding.

That God will allow you to believe in the God of awesome promises but not serve him to reap the benefits of his over 3,000 promises.

As a Christian you are excited about the God of the Bible and accept his word. That mentality says God said it, I believe it and that settles it.

God is trustworthy, able to deliver and unchangeable. He never changes his mind.

During this Season we should be grateful for his Son Jesus who was the perfect gift.

He was sent by his father to be our Savior and, if accepted, we are guaranteed eternal life.

In our journey to that life, we will reap the benefits of his wisdom, get understanding with directions in life always being protected to prosper as our soul prospers, knowing what unconditional love is and guaranteed a mansion to enjoy in Heaven.

With all that, it is a free gift to us but was paid in full on Calvary by Jesus.

Next Monday when we celebrate his birth let’s take time during the celebration to sincerely acknowledge the most important reason for the season.
