Gary James Roussel Sr., 77, was born June 23, 1936, and passed away Dec. 16, 2013. He was a native of Hester and a resident of Lutcher.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Audrey Deroche Roussel, his sons, Jeffrey Roussel and wife Carolyn, Cornell Roussel and Gary Roussel Jr. and wife Patty, and a daughter, Tina Arnold. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurie J. Roussel and Hazel Poche Roussel.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Rose Lynn Funeral Services, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paulina.
