Eula B. Mulkey, 92, passed away on Friday, Aug. 5, 2011.

She was a native of Thibodaux, a resident of Covington for the past 14 years and a resident of Kenner for 48 years.

She was the beloved wife of the late Shelton W. Mulkey Sr., loving mother of Shelton W. Mulkey Jr., Thomas L. Mulkey, Leo L. Mulkey, Gay Y. Torian, Judy M. Triche, Woodrow Mulkey, Ray Mulkey and the late Madelyn Jones, Yvonne Mulkey, Donald Mulkey, William Mulkey and Jack Mulkey.

She was the daughter of the late Madeline Pauloughi Boudreaux and Stanley Boudreaux.

She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
