LAPLACE — Riverside Urgent Care, located at 3317 Highway 51 in LaPlace, announced, beginning this month, its doors will open at 9 a.m.

Treating patients 6-months-old and older for minor injury and illness, the clinic is now open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Riverside Urgent Care is a modern, state-of-the art facility providing walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries seven days a week, including holidays, company officials said.

Licensed providers are available to perform minor procedures like casting and suturing, in addition to being equipped with digital x-ray, laboratory services and an electronic medical records system.
