Poster for 49th annual Andouille Festival unveiled

Parish President Hotard and staff joined by Congressman Troy Carter, Marathon Petroleum, stakeholders, and officials to kicked off the 49th annual Andouille Festival with the unveiling of
the official 2024 Andouille Festival poster by local artist Dana Bardell Wallace.

When stating her inspiration for this year’s poster, Wallace quoted the popular saying, “We aren’t here for a long time, we are here for a good time,” as a tribute to family and friends.

Parish President Hotard thanked Wallace for her continued creativity and recognized the returning Presenting Sponsor, Marathon Petroleum.

The Andouille Festival is scheduled for Oct. 18-20 at the Thomas F. Daley Memorial (Hwy 51) Park in LaPlace. Follow the Andouille Festival on social media and at andouillefestival.com to purchase a poster and future updates.
