In the early morning hours of April 15, 2023 the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating a homicide which occurred at the intersection of Wardline Road and Durbin Road in Hammond, La.
Chief Jimmy Travis says the homicide claimed the life of 26 year old Romero Watkins Jr, of Hammond.
