He pled to a 2nd Offense (Misdemeanor) with 12 months probation, fines plus court costs

 

  • Oswald Montegut  # 2023-MM-67853        “B” – Judge Lewis

 

Initially charged with 40:967 – Possession of Crack Cocaine Less than 28g (Felony); 32:52 – Driver must be licensed; 32:304 – License Plate Light Required; 32:861 – Insurance required; 40:966 – Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense.

 

He pled to Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor), fines plus court costs.

  • Brad Charles # 22-F-008845      “B” – Judge Cody Martin

 

Initially charged with 14:102.1 – Simple Cruelty to Animals – Eight Counts (Misdemeanor); 14:102.1 – Aggravated Cruelty to Animals – One Count (Felony)

 

He pled to Cruelty to Animals – Four Counts (Misdemeanor), with fine and court costs.

 

  • Roytricka Lumar # 21-F-008744 “B” – Judge Cody Martin

 

Initially charged with 14:102.1 – Simple Cruelty to Animals – Eight Counts (Misdemeanor); 14:102.1 – Aggravated Cruelty to Animals – One Count (Felony)

 

She pled to Cruelty to Animals – Four Counts (Misdemeanor), with fine and court costs.
