Brandon Fleming, 19 years old, of LaPlace was arrested Wednesday July 5, 2023 after escaping custody of the youth center he was incarcerated in. Fleming walked away from a work release program in north Louisiana on May 9, 2023. Investigators were able to locate Fleming in St. John and he was taken into custody. Fleming is being held without bond on multiple contempt warrants, Simple Burglary, and a Probation hold.
