“No Cap: Spreading Truth & Authenticity about the Things that Matter” is a hands-on educational series in partnership with St. John 4-H that is geared towards teens and will focus on learning how to effectively convey your message during difficult conversations, how to capitalize on your personal brand, how to cope with your mental health, and how to be change agents today and not tomorrow.

July 8 – Communication – Learn how to convey your message effectively and have difficult conversations that matter to you.

July 15 – Personal Branding – This session will focus on how to capitalize on your brand.

July 22 – Mental Health – You will learn about mental health and strategies to cope with your mental health.

July 29 – Advocacy – This session will give you the tools necessary to advocate for change within your community.
