LAPLACE — St. John the Baptist Parish residents are encouraged to complete a survey that will allow the Department of Community Services to determine the needs of the public. This will allow the department to tailor services to meet the community’s needs.

All information is confidential, and names are not required. Every question is to be completed or the questionnaire will be removed from the resulting pool.
