LULING — On Sunday, June 4, 2023, at approximately 4:40 pm, deputies with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to 12125 Highway 90 in Luling (Winn-Dixie Luling) for a report of theft. The caller advised that someone stole her wallet out of a bag in a grocery cart. The wallet contained the victim’s Louisiana driver’s license, credit cards, and a debit card.

Video evidence obtained from the store shows a black male wearing a grey baseball cap, dark shirt, and tan pants removing the victim’s wallet from her bag in the front of the grocery cart. Three black males then used the stolen cards to make purchases at several local businesses.

Detectives with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office are attempting to identify the three male subjects.
