Tangipahoa, La – The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriffs Office reports the shooting death of 18-year-old Calvin Felton of Hammond.
Chief Jimmy Travis says shortly after 1 p.m on Sunday, deputies located Felton in the yard of a residence on Martin Luther King Drive inside the Village of Tangipahoa. Felton suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach and was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
