Meet the newest member of the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office, K9 Fibi. Fibi is a 1-year-old Belgian Malinois. Fibi and her handler, Deputy Anthony Cox, are completing a five-week K9 academy and will be hitting the roads of St. James Parish soon.

K9 Fibi will be utilized in the patrol division for narcotic detection and criminal apprehension. K9 Fibi and Deputy Cox will be joining our other K9s Rex and his handler Lieutenant Dufrene and K9 Sox and his handler Deputy Hebert. Welcome, Fibi! We look forward to your success!
