RESERVE — River Parish Community Theatre has announced audition dates for their 2023 summer production,  ‘The SpongeBob Musical’. Auditions will be held May 1-5 at 7 p.m. at St. Peter School in Reserve. Audition material will be posted online at a later date.

RPCT Artistic Director, Darryl Clement said, “I am truly excited to start working on this show. ‘The SpongeBob Musical’ has a tremendous message of friendship, cooperation, and inclusion – and we can all benefit from a message like that right now. It’s going to be a crazy-fun summer and the end result will be another awesome show from RPCT.”

River Parish Community Theatre has brought to the community such hits as Annie, Beauty and the Beast, and most recently, Cinderella.

“Having been voted The Best of the River Parishes for two consecutive years validates the work we do. Our community recognizes the work we put in to make our shows the very best and they have been tremendously supportive,” said RPCT President Sean Roussel. He added, “They know they can expect quality from us because we will never take the easy path on anything we do.”
