Traffic stop leads to Kenner arrest

On Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 9:15 PM, Kenner Police conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign in the residential neighborhood of University City, Kenner. This traffic stop led to the arrest of Cashunda Harris, 25, Metairie. Harris was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana (102 grams, approximately quarter of a pound), Use of a Firearm with a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and related traffic offenses.
