LAPLACE — A food voucher drive will take place Monday, November 14 for qualifying St. John the Baptist Parish residents.

Interested residents should call the Phone Bank at 985-536-1024 beginning at 9 a.m. until all spots are filled. Residents must have a driver’s license or ID, Social Security card for self and everyone in the household, and proof of income in the form of one of the following: last four current check stubs if employed, or a current year award letter if receiving Social Security or disability. If unemployed, the Department of Health and Human Services contributions form needs to be completed.

Income guidelines are as follows according to the number of people residing in the household:

• One – $2,265
• Two – $3,052
• Three – $3,838
• Four – $4,625
• Five – $5,412
• Six – $6,198
• Seven – $6,985
