Following Public Law 107-89, flags will be lowered to half-staff at all St. Charles Parish Government Buildings in honor of Patriot Day on Sunday, September 11, the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon and United Airlines Flight 93.
