RESERVE — River Parishes Community College will host Stem Night: Open House and Career Fair, a
Marathon sponsored event, on Thursday, June 16 from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Reserve Campus

Stem Night will consist of free food and giveaways. There will also be a chance for the community to
meet with instructors and faculty members that teach the science and technical courses, experience
hands-on demonstrations and learn more about each of the programs that RPCC offers.
This event is to explore career paths and learn about degrees and technical diplomas RPCC offers.
Business and industry partners will be in attendance as well to discuss employment opportunities and
types of income students can expect from starting a career with them.

“Our Garyville Refinery is proud to sponsor RPCC’s upcoming Open House and Career Fair,” said
Marathon Petroleum stakeholder & community engagement representative, Iman Montgomery. “One of our community investment priorities is workforce development, and we encourage interested
