An emergency right lane closure on I-55 Northbound between Mile Markers 13.5 and 14.9 will be in effect on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 7AM to 1PM (weather permitting) for bridge maintenance operations.

PERMIT INFORMATION:
There are no restrictions for oversized loads.

DETOUR INFORMATION:
The following is an alternate route to avoid the work zone:
Motorists traveling I-55 Northbound may take the Ruddock Exit (Exit 7), then north on US 51 to the Manchac Exit (Exit 15) to re-intersect I-55 Northbound.
