Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Mitchell was stopped for a traffic violation.  During the stop Mitchell was found to be in possession of a firearm and is a felony banning him from possessing a firearm.  Mitchell was arrested accordingly.

Drug Arrest

CHGS: Illegal Carrying of Weapons in Presence of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Xanax
Sheriff Greg Champagne reports Molm was arrested for a warrant issued in relation to the above mentioned charges.  The warrant claimed that deputies were investigating a disturbance.  During the investigation, Molm was found to be in possession of several firearms, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and Xanax.  Molm was transported to a medical facility for treatment and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Upon his release, Molm was arrested accordingly.
