Who has the best andouille in the River Parishes? Where can you get the gifts or jewelry? Who has the best customer service? Now is the time nominate your favorites in the Best of the River Parishes.  Until May 31, nominations are open to tell us who is the best of the best.

  The Online nomination platform can be found by going to: 

 www.lobservateur.com/contests

 Go to lobservateur.com and on the upper right hand corner of the black tool bar, click on contests.

  There are six different groups listed: Eating & Drinking, Arts & Entertainment, Health & Fitness, People, Professional and Shopping & Services.

  The contest will ask for an email and a couple of questions.  It only does this the first time or if you logout. 

  Next click on a group and multiple categories will be listed. The boxes are smart and in most cases, can help you complete your nomination once you start typing. 

  You can nominate as many categories as you would like once per day.

  If you would prefer to do a write in nomination, paper ballots are available upon request.

  The top three entry in each category will go on to the voting round. This round will be open from July 1 to July 31. Winners will be announced in September.

  This is an easy way to help local businesses and to show them how much they are valued and appreciated.
