SCSO seeks help finding runaway

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
On April 14, 2021, Andrew “Drew” Horton fled from the area without permission to leave. Horton has family and friends in both the St. Rose and New Orleans areas.
It is believed that Horton was last seen at a convenience store on Belle Terre Blvd in Laplace, LA on the night of April 14, 2021. Horton is described as a 17-year-old white male, approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 165 lbs. Horton was last seen wearing khaki pants a green shirt, white shoes, and a green colored jacket.
