Recently St. Charles Sheriff Champagne announced four of its officers graduated from the National Command and Staff College in Lafayette.  Lt. Jeff Hirsch, Captain Jessica Troxclair, Lt. Marlon Schuff and Lt. Joseph Chevis. A total of 29 SCPSO supervisors of the rank of Lt. and above have now completed this intense and prestigious program.

In addition, Captain Jessica Troxclair, who is an assistant warden at the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center earned the President’s Award and Lt. Marlon Shuff, who is assigned to the US Marshal’s Service Task Force Eastern District Louisiana, earned the Distinguished Writing award.
