I-55 (Frontage) Northbound and Southbound will have intermittent and alternating lane closures affecting both left and right lanes from Monday, March 29, 2021 through Thursday, April 1, 2021 and Monday, April 5,2021 through Friday, April 9, 2021 (weather permitting). These intermittent and alternating lane closures will occur from Mile Point 1 through Mile Point 8.

Detour:
Motorists traveling I-55 Frontage North may take the I-55 northbound on-ramp in Laplace to I-55 northbound, then take exit 7 in Ruddock to re-intersect I-55 Frontage. Motorists traveling I-55 Frontage South may take the Ruddock interchange to I-55 southbound, then take exit 1 to re-intersect the I-55 Frontage.
