Sheriff Greg Champagne reports deputies were investigating a stolen vehicle that was located at the IHOP in Boutte. During the investigation, Oliver and a juvenile were found to be in possession of the vehicle. Drugs were located inside of the vehicle. Oliver was arrested accordingly.
