Lt. Basil Trepagnier of the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office was excited to do lunch recently with Rowan Williams, a young friend he made last September after a traffic stop in a LaPlace neighborhood. Last year, Rowan flagged down Lt. Trepagnier and invited him to play some ball with her. Lt. Trepagnier was happy to join her.

Last week, Lt. Tregpanier, along with Sgt. Danielle Falgoust, had planned to enjoy another game of ball. Unfortunately, it had to be cancelled because of bad weather. Instead, Lt. Trepagnier and Sgt. Falgoust stopped by her home to deliver a bag of goodies, and enjoyed pizza.
