St. John Parish man pleads guilty

Pursuant to a plea bargain, Mitchell P. Frase of Reserve re-arraigned and pleaded guilty to possession of CDS I; heroin on July 30 before Jude J. Sterling Snowdy of the 40th Judicial District Court. Frase, defense attorney Eric Goza and assistant district attorney Justin Lacour were all present via Zoom video conferencing. The defendant is to serve two years with the Department of Corrections. He will be given credit for all time served since Sept. 6, 2019. He will also pay $315 in court costs.
