Bridget A. Dinvaut stands beside Louis A. Joseph of the Port of South Louisiana Board of Commissioners during his swearing in ceremony on July 7.
His daughter, Malan Joseph Mitchell, said, “I am so proud of my Dad, a dedicated public servant of St. John the Baptist Parish. Today, he was sworn in by our DA Bridget Dinvaut as an appointee of Governor John Bel Edwards to the Board of Commissioners for the Port of South Louisiana, the largest tonnage port district in the Western Hemisphere. He served previously on the Port for almost 20 years and now he is back doing what he loves, representing our parish. Love you Daddy and I know Mom is so proud! #daddysgirlforever”
