LAPLACE — Selah Productions, Inc. and Second Harvest Food Bank will host another food giveaway at 9 a.m. June 9 for residents of LaPlace, Reserve, Garyville and Mt. Airy.

This distribution will be first come, first served and will take place at the St. John the Baptist Parish Civic Center located at 2900 U.S. 51 in LaPlace.

Distribution is limited to two families per car, and at least one family member must be present to receive food. Please make sure your trunk is clean and that your trunk contains a clothes basket or another container of similar size. Food will be placed in this container. Participants must remain in their cars.
