RESERVE–Earlier this week, in a collaborative effort, the American Legion, Second District, Commander Allan Reynaud of Post 383 in LaPlace, and Commander Gene Franques of Post 396 in Metairie, presented Scott Conner, administrative program manager of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home in Reserve, 10 Gallons of Hand Sanitizer. Reynaud and Franques also dropped off a case of 16 oz. cups that was donated by Second District Commander Allan Dunn. In addition, Commander Allan Reynaud also dropped off a variety of fresh fruit for the home. Donations were made by many of the 2nd District Post, Southeast Louisiana American Legion Riders and from Post 383 Auxiliary.
