EDGARD– Due to the recent COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Teche Action Clinic is forced to temporarily close its Edgard site, but will provide services through telehealth or in-person at the Reserve Clinic located at 471 Central Ave., Reserve. Services are available Monday – Friday.
The Edgard Clinic phone lines remain operational to assist patients. To make a telehealth or in-person appointment for medical or behavioral health services, please continue to call (985) 497-8726 or the Reserve clinic at (985) 479-1315.
Teche Action Clinic is committed to serving patients in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The adjustment to the number of active clinic sites is to better serve the public and assist its operations in continuing to provide quality healthcare.
