St. Charles Catholic freshman Dillon McTopy came home from Children’s Hospital earlier than expected this week after making a miraculous comeback from meningitis. Dillon was admitted to the hospital in early October after developing symptoms the last week of September. He is pictured with his sister, Whitney Vickers.
