Destiny Christian Center celebrates graduates

LAPLACE — Destiny Christian center located at 612 Main Street in LaPlace recently honored its graduating students. Among those recognized was Jayla Tassin, who graduated from East St. John in May, but passed away in July.
A Nondenominational church, Destiny is lead by Pastor Steve O. Allen. Service times are Sunday at 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. and bible studies on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
This year marks the 20th anniversary it has been part of the St. John Parish community.
