LAPLACE – Detectives with the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating two male subjects who are suspected of stealing power drills from Home Depot in LaPlace on July 10.

One subject was wearing a gray T-shirt, blue jeans and a cap. The other was wearing a white T-shirt, dark colored shorts and a cap. The man in the gray T-shirt exited the store while the other man walked to the checkout counter with the drills, according to police. As the cashier scanned the item, he grabbed the items and fled on foot and entered a silver older model Honda Accord with no license plate driven by the man in the gray T-shirt.
