David Sanders has announced he is seeking the District 3 seat on the St. John the Baptist Parish Council.

Sanders said he “intends to be for the best interest of his community.”

In order to appear on this fall’s ballot, candidates must first qualify during the summer window from Aug. 6-8.

Election Day is Oct. 12, with a runoff election scheduled Nov. 16 if needed.
