Developing expertise of Landcraft Homes’ shown at Summerlin Subdivision

LAPLACE — Landcraft Homes recently celebrated the last phase of Summerlin Subdivision, the first new subdivision in St. John the Baptist Parish in several years.

Landcraft Homes is owned by Joey Scontrino.

Landcraft has been developing subdivisions and building homes for more than 25 years.

Other recent projects include work in Highland Oaks in St. Rose, Coles Landing in LaPlace and Bellevue Lakes in St. James Parish.

With a company ethos of “building high quality, cutting edge designed homes at an affordable price,” Landcraft Homes contributed 17 large lots with some overlooking the St. John Parish park and library at Summerlin Subdivision.
