Police ask for help IDing suspected Home Depot thieves

LAPLACE — Police believe an out-of-town family is responsible for a theft at The Home Depot in LaPlace.
Police are looking to identify the people pictured.
Detectives with the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office announced this afternoon they are seeking the public’s help identifying and locating a man and woman pictured in surveillance photos from the store.
Authorities said the theft occurred Tuesday.
Detectives believe the people pictured are from outside St. John the Baptist Parish.
Police are looking to identify the people pictured.
Anyone who may be able to identify the man or woman is asked to alert the Sheriff’s Office TIPS line at 985-359-TIPS or Criminal Investigations Division at 985-359-8644.
