Elizabeth “Betty” Estock Manson passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at the age of 86.

She was a native of Nanticoke, Pa., and a resident of LaPlace for the past 58 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Gilbert John Manson Jr. and loving mother of Michael David Manson (fiancé, Cheryl Harrell) of LaPlace, Thomas Paul Manson of Delray Beach, Fla., Mark Edward Manson (wife, Tiffany Hammer) of Dallas and
the late Deborah Manson.
Betty was preceded in death by her father, Edward Estock and her mother, Stella Estock, of Nanticoke, Pa., and her father-in-law, Gilbert J. Manson Sr. and her mother-in-law, Vera Messina Manson, of LaPlace.
Other surviving family members include her sister, Constance A. Williams (husband, Robert Williams) of Mountain Top, Pa.; granddaughter Emma Miller Manson of Dallas; grandsons Michael David Manson Jr. (wife Melissa, great-granddaughters, Alaina and Sydney) of Prairieville and Scottey Manson (wife Holly, great granddaughters, Aliyah and Kinley) of LaPlace; and nephew Tracy Williams (wife Robyn) of Mountain Top, Pa.
A private memorial will be held.
